Worthwhile to sell Used Parts?

I finished my engine rebuild, and now I'm cleaning up the garage. I have a lot of things left that have been replaced, and aren't themselves damaged.
I'm curious if these are worth re-selling, and if I should put time into cleaning them up first.

Fairly sure to resell:
1) 5 rods (1 was bent)
2) 5 cylinders and matching pistons (but quite dirty)
3) Oil pump (needs rebuild, but not too hard from what I read)
4) 2 oil-fed tensioners (1 needs rebuild)

Uncertain if resellable:
A) 4 rockers and screws, where rockers have some pitting
B) 3 sump covers and plugs (one used, 2 new but opened and then didn't fit)
C) Full set of used engine studs and nuts (not original)
D) Oil-fed tensioner housing chain covers and hard lines

If these will help get someone else's car back on the road, I'll do the work to clean and post them. If they're scrap, they'll go into a box and maybe a few will become paperweights.

My opinion - YES - Those are worth offering up for sale on the used parts thread. It's easy to do. If somebody wants them then they will buy them. If they don't sell in a few months then you can recycle them.
