Question about e-bay car?

As this is my first post I hope it isn't too out of the ordinary. My qusestion is two part, does this car seem from the pics and descriptions to be a decent deal? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2424157711&category=10156 Assuming the drivetrain is in decent shape. And how much trouble and expense would fixing the two fist sized rust spots under the rear seats entail? I am a fairly skilled mechanic but have never owned a Porsche, I have only driven one 911 and one 912. Did not like the 912 at all and am in the market for a '69 to '73 911. Also how rare is sunroof model in '72. Thanks for the help, hopefully I'll get a 911 soon.

I don't know if I properly posted link to car.

I am not sure what others will say....it does look like it needs allot of work. Possibly more than you would spend buying a decent car in better shape. Right now the market is a buyers market. You could pick up a very decent early 911 in the 7k-10k range needing nothing compared to this ebay car. Unless you are looking for a project to spend lots of time and $ on.

I think the reason for selling is BS, but that doesn't make that much difference. If you have a BIG budget, then go for it. I suspect this car will take a lot of money to get into reliable driving status, and if you want to "restore" it...well, open the wallet.

Not sure it would be suitable for a parts car.
