Numbers on the '72
Just got back from N.C. to view the '72. It says 911E on the decklid, but I think the VIN shows it to be a T model, or actually a 911T-E. The first 6 are 911210. That says its a T model. But the plate in the trunk says 911 E. The engine code 6122088 says its a T-E, or a fuel injected USA T model. I thought the Ts were not fuel injected. This one has MFI. The car does have front and rear factory sway bars, which the Ts didnt have. Anyone confirm the numbers for me? This sounds like a special order car or something.

Actually, the USA MFI 'TE' engines were 140 hp DIN ... it was the ROW 'TV' [V for Vergaser, or carburator] engines that had 130 hp DIN!
