Difference between 928 S4 and Boxster brake calipers?

Hi All,
My friend wants to put 928 S4 calipers he found from the junkyard on his vw, but every place he looks they have calipers off the Boxster for big brake conversions. Do these calipers mount the same way, or are they different? Thanks!

They mount the same way but the Boxster calipers are more compact(easier to fit in cramped wheels), have smaller pistons which are more compatible w/ more stock rears, and need a smaller rotor.
