That's just the old Chalon kit from the 70s and early 80s. Not very unusual, lots of those kits were sold.

It's all fiberglass, bumpers are one piece.

I don't think the look has been popular for the past 20 years.

A '74 2.0 is a very nice car. A nice stock one would go for $6K+, easily, but I don't think he'll get $6K for his chopped up one, though. The kit definately lowers the value of the car significantly.
