Seattle area mechanic recommendations?

John Walker's talented hands were the only ones to touch my beloved '86 Targa over the past seven years. Now that he has entered a richly deserved retirement, I am seeking an honest, knowledgeable, and skilled mechanic for the usual work ... valve adjusts, tune ups, rebuilds, etc.

Do any of you northwest folks out there have recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I like Chris's German Auto in Redmond, or Redmond European, also in . . . Redmond..

John Walker did not stop working. He just moved his shop. There are just two people who are permitted to work on my car. Myself and Herr Walker.

Thanks for the pointer, I had assumed John was working on his 'Franken-Rods' full time!
