although it is painful to say this, earlier might be better as it will be brutally hot, especially on the trip back. Being able to get out of Dodge before noon might be optimal for those with trombones

Where are the rest of the guys that have to travel over an hour?
I know Jack would rather sleep in, he's got better A/C than any of us. We don't want to wake him up too early and have him show up looking like that burger pic. ![]()

With the change in date, we might be able to make it. We are attending a wedding in San Clemente on the 9th. If we stay over the night, we can leave early enough to make the Run. It's only slightly out of our way back to Ventura County.

![]() In the burger pic, I'd just put my car into a tire wall, and showered myself in broken glass. For a little while, there, nothing tasted very good. August 10th is good for me.

Ryan,
Sounds great, should have the cooling system done by then. Any one else want to hook up from the San Diego area to make the run up north? Thanks for the update. Rick

Scott,
I"m game to hook up somewhere in SFV. I'm in Woodland Hills, drop me an email at ZAMIRZ@sbcglobal.net and we'll discuss. Depending on where you are I was thinking somewhere near the 101 in Tarzana or Encino maybe.......

![]() I hope to be there, but with my older son this time, who will hopefully not barf all over himself like Cameron did. So, Dan, Z, Ingo, you guys wanna hook up at that Shell station in Ventura and we'll pick up Emission like last time? Amir won't be too far down the road after that...

Right now we're still planning on meeting between 8-9. Dan said he could be there by 6:30 which means we could start up the hill by 7. Meeting between 7 & 8 wouldn't be bad either.
You guys have any more input on meeting earlier? LOL Brad! I hope that doesn't happen again.

I should be able to make it too. Arrival of #2 has been scheduled for July 11, so a later date works a lot better for me. Things should be slightly back to normal by then. I'm fine doing the same thing as last time (Shell on Victoria) and don't mind getting up early for something as important as this... I'll probably be awake because of #2 anyway.

Harold, missed you on Saturday. May your wife have a speedy and painless labor.
