Missing Valance affect engine cooling
My freshly rebuilt 2.7L (now has about 2000 miles) runs about 200-230 during these hot summer days in the northeast. Can not having the rear valance installed contribute to it's warm engine temperature? It's a 1974 and does not have an aux. oil cooler.

The rear valance shouldn't affect the engine temp, I don't think. I've had mine off for a while and haven't noticed any increase in temp.
