Need Speedster pics-specific
Hi all,
I am seriously considering building my own narrow bodied Speedster, starting with a 3.2 cabrio. Financially it is the only solution if i want a narrow Speedster. I am now in the intel gathering stage. So, for that purpose, I would need pictures of all and any parts that are specific to the Speedster, particularly the windshield cowl, the strengthening tubes for the windshield bolts, and the door tops. I have gone through the archives, but lack specific info. Thanks in advance! GeorgeK |

George,
Great project. I was thinking about building a 67S speedster from an SC cab shell. backated and with real narrow arches, but the shell sold for silly money. I will look out for any info I can find. |

I have just had a quick scan through my PET
I found the following unique Speedster parts ![]() plus unique door shells and window frames and cowl. I have heard that the screen surround it mounted through the cowl into the chassis but the PET doesn't show anything specific |

As you probably know, John Walker has done a similar project - perhaps you can find those Speedster threads and also consult John.
Sounds like a great project - I am jealous of your "car life"! BR, Kurt |
