Need Wiring/Fuel/Oil Connection Help Part 2.

The next four pics are plugs that are just hanging in oblivion. Anyone have any thoughts?

How about this two pronged attack on the front of the CIS system? Pat thought it was some sort of throttle sensor.

This ground wire connects to the hinge on my decklid. Where does it originate?

Ok, finally (At least for this post) I've got these three wires near the CD box, and only two spots to put 'em.

This is all for now...there are various ground wires that aren't hooked up just yet, either.

Thanks a ton for the help!

Mike,
I can't tell colors from the pics. Have you looked in the haynes manual current flow diags for the 82? pgs 310-315

Also, is the guy you got this from available to ask questions? Since he had this loaded on an earlier model also, he may have some good insight.

Pat

Well, here's what I found out. The engine is either a 78 or 79...but has been wired to accommodate a 75! So, that might be in my favor. I'll be looking at the diagrams tomorrow.

Thanks Pat.

Hi, looking at the first photo, that looks like the connection that went to a vacuum solenoid that was used to block vacuum to the warm up regulator.
The second photo, I think that is the wiring for the aux. blower that monts on the left side of the motor for the heaters.
The third photo, if the wire colours are, red/white and red/black, they will be for the heated rear window. If that is the case, they shoud be redirected forward towards the bottom fo the rear window.
Photo no. four, could be the same for no 3. Need to know the wire colours.
Phot 5, Deffinately a micro switch on the throttle, can't help on this one, we did not get that system here. I'll see if I can look it up.
photo 6, that is an earth strap that should be attached to the underside of the engine cover. Stops the engine cover becomming above ground if ther is any bad connection across the hinge.
Photo 7, they don't look factory. Most likey someone has interrupted the feed to the CDI for an alarm. Sorry, no help on that one.
Good luck.
Geoff.
