Seem to have fixed my leaking footwell problem...

[1977 911S Targa]

I posted a few weeks back about water leaking into the driver's footwell (in and around the pedal cluster area and around the floor under the carpet) after I washed the car.

It looks like I may have solved the problem...

The some areas of the rubber seal around the top trunk were cracked, allowing water to leak down through to the smuggler's boxarea and behind heater and brake master cylinder. I bought a complete new factory rubber seal (for the whole trunk... all 4 sides) and had it professionally installed.

I gave it the water test today, and so far... no more leaks
