Ashtray bulb type?

When I got my car the bulb for the ashtray was burned out. Unfortunately 1 yr. later I've lost the bulb and finally want to replace it. If I go to an autoparts store what do I ask for?

On a similar note, does anyone have a photo of where the lights go under the dash? I have a few lights hanging down and have no idea as to where they should be attached.

Actually I just disconnected mine to use the juice to illuminate a CHT gauge I just installed where the ashtray went. If no one else answers, I'll dig it up when I get home later tonite and let you know. The only other dangling light I found behind the dash appeared to be there to illuminate the heater controls (I never did find a bracket for it but didn't look too hard as I used the juice from that one to illuminate a new Voltmeter right next to the CHT gauge. )

It's a spring-loaded/push-in and rotate type (with 2 tabs on the side rather than the usual 2 round nubs at the bottom) with a 1/4" base diameter and 12829PHILLIPS12V2W _ A7 written on the side. It fits into a removable socket (with 2 female connectors) that slides into a fixed base mounted on top of the ashtray mounting framework. It's from an '88 so yours should be the same set up. Hope this helps.
