Fuse box wiring help please (911SC)

OK. I've decided it's time to fix the PO's mess.

He changed around the wiring for fuses 12 through 20. I can tell since the yellow paint on the screws are broken. Fuse 20 is currently not used. Fuses 20 and 21 are the ones closest to the red fuel pump relay.

I think he did it to accomodate the lousy Clifford alarm system that was partially ripped out when I bought the car.

Would it be possible for someone to post an image of their unmolested fusebox (preferably an 82 911SC with AC and without sunroof)??

I've never seen an actual list of fuse position.. the factory wiring diagrams have each indivudal fuse number listed for the circuit.

sorry..........Ron

The electrical diagrams in the back of the Bentley manual are what you need to use. Their diagrams group the fuses by power distribution (ie: interior light on #18, power windows on #21, etc.) and give you the wire colors.

Thanks Jim,

But, I'm also dealing with a small amount of aftermarket wiring.

The Bently manual has been a great help, but I need a closeup photo.
