Post Piston squirters clogged HELLP!

I am in the process of rebuilding my 3.0 liter and I cant get any of the oil squirters to spray clearly or at all.
any ideas on how to get them unclogged?

I plugged the through bolt holes and used a can of brake leaner with a spray tube? I wonder if they can be damaged by sticking wire though them because i've done that too and no joy.

This was just discussed in the engine rebuild forumn just this week. The search button is handy for finding things like this.
The thread was titled AAARG! Stupid Piston Squirters!!!!
You will need to use more pressure (try 50psi) to get them to squirt right. I use some WD-40 so I can see the spray.
