Need Help! Fan Wiring/relay?

ok, spal fan. this is what i did. typical four prong bosch relay. (lil black square cube)

terminal 30, to fuse #13 on fuse block
terminal 86, to fuse #14 on fuse block
terminal 87, to + wire on fan
grounded - wire to fan to the same stud battery is grounded to
terminal 85, to one side of switch

other side of switch to the same grounding point.

fan works hook directly to battery. and i tested switch with continuity meter. it appears ok. and i put an inline 20A fuse on the wire btw term 87 and fan.

why is it not working? am i not even close? WARREN! save me, man. i would be a confident man in the dark ages.
