Unhappy Another electrical question

The last month or so the driving lights ( fog and road ) go out after about 10 minutes of driving . The inside switch stays lit but the lights go out. Is this a bad relay or something else?

Start with the basic. Check fuses. Replace and if they go out again right away by blowing fuse, you have a short. Check for shorts with ohmeter. You said after 10 minutes of driving, lights go out. I would do a current draw test for that circuit and perhaps the fuse is too small to handle the current going thru that circuit. If it's that the case, divide the circuit by addind a separate fuse for the fog lights.
Electricity is very easy and very complex in the same time. What makes it complex is the elements making up a circuit. the more elements you have in a circuit the more complex it become. What's great about electricity is the problem HAS to be somewhere in the circuit !!!
Good luck and keep us posted.
Filou.
