I'll bite...upper teens or less, depending on "real" condition. Ignore the rare, hand built, yada, yada, yada sales hype. Check it very, very carefully. What one person calls a fender bender might in fact be a poorly repaired body. Snow chains scare me...why does the seller think this early car should driven on snow? I know it's really capable to drive in snow, but without a galvanized body, why invite more opportunities for rust? One owner is good, if he/she has all/most maintenance records. Otherwise, no additional value. It does look nice.

the devil is in the details. Could be worth 6K or 20K depending on the condition.

It depends on who rebuilt the motor, what records are included, what the 'fender bender' entailed, and how much rust it has. You'd need a very thorough PPI to get a bead on its value. Could be worth as little as 9 or 10k, and could be worth 16 or 17k.

Depends on where it is too. In California it will probably worth less than say the east coast. Asuming it's a middle of the road car (no rusted out floorboards)- low teens.
