Cold start issues?

On my 964, in the mornings I have to turn the key two sometimes three times to get it to fire. (Just brief turns). This morning I had to tap the gas.

It was a very cool and humid morning. A bit of smoke came out after I started. After started, I could not get it to smoke any more by revving at the throttle bottle so I could see the exhaust.

My car also hunts a bit for throttle after cold starting. Maybe three times it will jump up and down before settling. Is this a chip issue. I have a Ruf chip.

Any signs of potential problems.

Must also say last night I was dogging it with my G-Tech trying to see what if any agins the new GHL exhaust gave it. I did see some pretty nice gains, but I also noticed a small oil spot this morning which I have never seen before. I am taking G-Tech out before I blow something up.
