chuckw951, you missed my engine drop this past summer. I think I'll hold off for a while before doing it again. :)

It's a compromise.
That's what I'm looking for, even if that means standing pat with the current gearing.

I'll have go back in the archives and read about it.

Heck an engine drop is only four bolts and disconnecting the wiring harness. :)

You should for sure not worry about the power aspect of it all, simply look at some of the track reports from Tyson S.
He stomps the piss out of guys with much , much more power!
like someome mentioned before it's more about balance.. tires, suspension, and what have you and the driver! most of all.

buy her and enjoy it!! and welcome to the BBS

Don't worry about getting off topic guys, I like to soak up as much as I can about these cars.

Maybe I'm alittle biased ;)

Best advice I've heard:

1) Check everywhere for rust and rust repair
2) Drive the car and maybe a couple model years for comparison.
3) If you like the feel, go from there.

I don't ever plan on selling mine and the only thing I would change, would be to have a Targa. Most might dissagree, but I like the open air. Good luck.

That's why I purchased a sunroof coupe. When the weather's nice (like the past few days), an open roof is great.

I'll agree with jim on that one. Sunroof coupe's rock, especially longhood ones :)
