Blowing Fuse for window lifts every week

I have developed a fuse blowing situation. It seems that the problem exists when the drivers' door is opened all the way, while the engine is running/ignition on. I am on my fourth fuse in as many weeks and would love to hear some suggestions of places to look for the short.

Just a guess, but the front edge of my drivers door eventually chaffed through the insulation of a couple of wires in the bundle coming from the luggage area into the top front edge of the door. When it was opened all the way it definitely could have shorted them out.

just today i found the same thing. the loom had slipped down so it was caught between the front of the door and the upper hinge. squished repetedly until the individual wires split out of their insulation and started to touch each other. an electrical orgy.
