engine power kit from porsche

hi there....

i own a 996 03 4s....im REALLY happy with the car but i was reading that its is possible to retofit the X package to increase the hp of the engine from the standerd 320 to i think about 345.. i was aware of that option at the time i put in the order for the car.
BUT does anyone know if its possible to add it at the dealer now?
i love STOCK cars and would NEVER add or change anything but at the porsche dealer...would this power kit change the car? the way it accalrate? and preformance? does anyone know the price? and if it cancels the warrenty...

what do u guys suggest??

and anthor thing is the sport exchaust? i heard the NO one could fit as good as the factory?? is this a myth??

Maybe the factory "Klappenauspuff" would be ideal for you? Lovely sound when you want it and silent when you need it.

Regarding the 345HP option. I really don't know. I talked to someone who had it and he liked it a lot. But he bought the car like that. Maybe you could try a car at your dealer?

Yes it is possible to rettrofit the X51 Powerkit but it is about 13,000 dollars, and you lose a little bit on the lower end torque so it's about the same 0-60 time but you do gain a lot on high end power.
