Question Little Reds?

My PO painted the stock calipers red on my SC. I thought it looked pretty good, but realize that it is imposing on Brembo's trademark color. Are my little reds just posers? Does anyone else have little reds, or blues, or anything else?

I don't think Brembo has a trademark on the color RED. However, they have one for yellow.

Painted calipers are a matter of taste; red being only one of several colors available (including yellow, green, blue, gold, brown and pink).

Aren't the SC calipers made by Brembo?

SC calipers are made by ATE ( Alfred Teves group), an early licensee of the original Dunlop design....

I have 'little reds' but the paint has seen better days. I've got a spare set of front calipers that I'm going to powdercoat eventually. Things just keep jumping ahead of it in the 'things to do' queue.

I just cleaned up my calipers a bit & it looks as if the stock color was silver.

Mine are starting to chip etc. I suppose I will redo them one day. Powdercoating would be nice, but I will probably cheap out and use some caliper laquer.
