Cooling for a 3.6

Would a brass oil cooler do the trick for a 3.6 or am i better off to just to with a pair of radiator type oil coolers?

Wow, I ask alot of questions

The brass oil cooler (I assume you mean the 14-row cooler) is not as capable as the Carrera cooler.

Neither is enough for a 3.6, unless you're only driving on the street, and you live in a cool climate. You'll need a good bumper-mounted cooler, or two fender ones.

I suspect that if you live in Ontario you could get by with a fender mounted Carerra cooler with a fan unless you track the car.

I have an excessively cooled setup, but it gets hot where I live and my motor never overheats.

I have found that I NEEDED both the Carrera fender mounted one and the front MOCAL.....last few trips to SmelLA have convinced me that I also need a fan......it's gets warm in the bummper to bumper traffic down there.

I would suggest using a spoiler mounted cooler. For the extra money it buys a lot of insurance. My car (3.8) never runs hot.
