Is this for real?

I came across this info. and find it hard to believe... What do you guys think?

https://secure4.internetresults.com/amazing-radar-jammers/continue.asp?orderid=99598857696979922056197&hpcid=&poe=&firstname=&state=&email=

It's supposed be a "radar/laser Jammer"?

As far as i know the only real radar jammars are from escort and they are integrated into the vehicle.

Interesting this comes up. I have never before seen a 'radar jammer' (not one with a solid reputation). I've been looking into installed radar detectors however, anyone have any experiences with these? They're WAY more expensive than the units you put on yoru dash/winshield.

I think the jammer from escort that you''re talking about is the laser jammer, not radar, but i may be wrong.

I'm pretty sure the pills to make your penis bigger don't really work, either.

Awww...Jack....the pills don't work??
You just had to throw cold water on my dreams?
And for general info....if such a device (anti-radar) really worked..don't you think the government would have bough it and buried it in some deep secret vault?
If the terroists got hold of this wonderful device...they could fly 747's around the world without being seen.
Wait...there's an idea...sell it to El quaida (spelling?)...make them spend their money on junk...the more the better....leaves less for real weapons.
OK....if they start doing this...I want credit for the idea....LOL

I know, I know. I tried pills. I tried creams. Finally, I just had to bite the bullet and shell out for a vintage sports car.

I read somewhere that those radar Jamers on the market are not strong enough to actually effect a cops radar gun.

While we are on this topic what do you guys think of this:

The only rear radar jammers that I know of are integrated into the weapons system avionics.

this sure looks like a scam to me, no phone number, address and who the hell is Hi-Tech Electronics Inc. I think the only thing getting jammed here is the sucker that gives them there money.

When I lived in the US I did come across a 'real radar jammer', guaranteed to work agianst all known Police Radars.

Its was readily avaliable at your local US Air Force Base or US Navy Base, it was called and ALQ-45 (?) pod with very sturdy fixings to strap to a F-14 or F-15.......

Oh yes it did work correctly on Police radars however it was not very discrete and demanded more power tha the 911 engine produced. Shame it would have been fun.

I'm not sure that the use of jammers is legal, after all they 'broadcast' a radio signal on 'Police' frequency. Over here that's a no-no.

I wouldn't mind phasers and I would like photon torpedos, the combination should be sufficient to keep the Klingons at bay. A cloaking device would also be a good add on.

Years ago Car and Driver examined police lasers and determined you greatly increased your chances of sufficient detector warning by keeping your headlights on. Since then I have wondered if a couple of PIAA's mounted on each side of the front license plate would nulify the advantage laser has over detectors. We don't have any laser traps out here in the boonies, so I've never followed through with the idea.

And a byproduct of having your own working radar jammer in your car is watching all the folks with pacemakers keel over dead as you drive by. Good times for all.

"We've tested these products a dozen times against every front-line police radar gun and laser, finding all of them utterly worthless. "

Phazer described as an empty black box with weight in it.

I put a laser diffuser licnese plate cover on front of my A6 and then got caught by laser in Michiugan (88mph = $125). Also worthless.
