Now the carbone composite starts on my 930.

Time to loose some weight!

Now i start my carbone work on the car, but i need some inspiration.
Things i gonna do in carbone is some of the interior parts, hood and probably a wing. But some more would be nice..

Any ideas or links on carbone parts to P-cars, as i said i need inspiration.

Me and a friend recently finished a hood to his celica, i put some pics on it.

Oouuppss very dark pic....

Closepic on the scoop.

Inside made in fibreglass.

I have a contact with molds for 993-style hood, fenders, doors, quarters, and 3.8 tail and he can make them out of anything you want, but the material of choice is carbon kevlar.

Approximate weights:
  • fenders: 4lbs
  • tail: 8lbs (without wing element)
  • doors: 15lbs
  • hood: 10lbs
  • quarters (don't have the number in front of me)

You may want to consider buying the parts, rather than building your own molds - the learning curve is kinda steep.

the coolest thing I have seen was a complete dash in carbon fiber! The other thing I seen was a carbon fiber intake...think it was on a GT2?
