(Another) tire question...

I am shopping around for tires for my new-to-me 6&7x15 fuchs. Searching through old threads the preferred size seems to be 195/65/15 in the front and 215/60/15 in the rear. Goodyear (in Turkey, at least) has Eagle Ventura tires in these sizes, but the 195/65's are out of stock in V rating, only available in H speed rating.

Is this ok, or should I keep looking? The other alternative is to get 205/55 and 225/50 tyres where there is much more choice (Eagle F1, Dunlop SPT9000, ...) but other issues of fitment, cost, speedo error, etc. etc.

ps: no flares, but the 7s are 49mm offset wheels w/ 10mm spacer
