Installing Quarter Window Seals - Seems Too Loose

Hi,
I'm installing the quarter window seals (quarter window frame to car body) around the window frame and the seals around both windows seem too loose. I've heard horror stories of people stretching the heck out of the seals before they would fit around the frame and these babies slipped right on and have quite a bit of play to them. They are definitely brand new seals and were included with the car when I bought it so I don't know if they are OEM.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but has anybody ever experienced this issue? I figured I should ask first before I go out and purchase a pair of new seals.

Thanks,
nick

Try new seals. The new ones are very tight and have to stretch to fit around the frame.
