later style dipstick
I am getting ready to order a oil tank level sending unit for my '74. According to ordering instructions, "911s thru 1980 must also update to later style dipstick." Is there any way I can tell if mine has already been updated. I assume that the difference is probably length. My current dipstick is about 11 5/8 inches long.
