Man what a waste of money. The car looks like a cheap kit car now

Mikkel, How are you doing? I keep reading about you in Porsche 911 World magazine. How many times have you been in there and how many more in the future. The last one I read was about the SSI install. Nice work.

eBay seriously needs a comment system so people can publicly let some of these, um, 'misguided' people realize what they are doing...

I agree, it looks better than a standard 996, with the hood vent, and fender flares... interesting kit...

Yep, I think I kinda like it. Reminds me of the slope nose (not the slant nose), you know, the '94 turbo that came with the 968 or 928 style headlights.

It may not be great, and it is definitely everyone's cup of tea (the 996/boxster headlights are my least favorite feature), but its not bad. It's definitely better than some of the other crap out there! I'd rather have that than Vanilla Ice's old "Avalanche".

Hmm.... actually, I've been wondering how long it would take for someone to try this.
All in all, it doesn't look all that bad but no way in h**l would I want to be seen in it.

Actually *that's* a very badly done cheap knock off of a 959... the 964->996 is well done even you don't agree with the look... sort of like the previouslly mentioned Avalanche car

Well I'd like to see the 964 to 996 w/ the newer non egg shaped headlights that are on the turbo and 03 996s and with standard flares instead of the turbo flares. Definitely a "long hood."
But one plus is: at least it's air cooled

Vanilla Ice's old Avalanche car looked badass. Anyone have pic of it?
