Question Adjusting SC for Full Throttle - Best Way?

I replaced the rotted (and mostly missing!!) drivers side floorboard in my 81SC Targa last weekend.

Prior to the new floorboard, I was getting full throttle - now I am not. I am clearly getting less travel in the pedal with the higher floorboard (and solid stop). I did not take measurements, but it feels like I have lost about 3/4" or more of travel. Raising the level of the throttle pedal would be good.

Having gone through the archives, I have 2 questions. The first is whether there are 2 holes for the throttle arm in the pedal - I can only find the one below the 'floor stopper'. More importantly, is it is OK to do all the adjustment for the new higher height of the floorboard at the pedal... or should the cable be adjusted at the rear as well?

JW found the bushings worn at that engine block bracket when he had the engine out this week. Said that could keep it from WOT. Don't know if you can get to them with engine in, but worth a look.

Island, in your diagram you show multiple spots for adjustments. All four need to me done to complete this task? I am still not sure that I fully understand this post. Any more input on this adjustment is appreciated.
