I enjoyed the $500 thermal reactors the most. Man, if I had them on my car, I'd throw them away without even thinking about it!

I think we should list muffler bearings and blinker fluid. And we can all split the profit

The high bidder of that auction has very odd feedback...all from the seller??? And the buyer/seller feedback items don't match!!???

How many sets of steel wheels with the same description for a 914 can one gal need?

E Bay is quickly becoming the harbor for flakes and thieves. $399 is one thing, when you catch a guy shill bidding a $25,000 Ferrari that's another.

It's obviously a scam... I think that the seller and the bidder are one and the same! Perhaps I should try that to boost up my feedback...

Heh, I sold a pair of thermal reactors in MUCH nicer condition. I had to list them twice, and ended up getting $19 for them! I wish him luck.

On the other hand, sometimes good deals CAN be found.

Rather than pay $50 for a Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio faceplate from a classic auto radio specialist, I monitored Ebay for a few months. Eventually I found a Frankfurt being listed with a choice of 3 face different faceplates. The winning bidder chose a Jaguar faceplate and the seller sold me the Porsche faceplate for $5 (shipped!).

I love Ebay. Caveat emptor!

But she already bought a sump plate on Nov 18 and only paid $9.99 for it - does she really need a second one for an additional $290 ?!?

That explains it. She's got a problem. Some have an alcohol problem, others drugs, hers is sump plates!

Intersting, the apparent knucklehead who bid 299$ on the sump plate buys a lot of parts from the offerer fatfender. In fact all is four transactions are with fatfender. This all smells fishy.....

You can report the seller to eBay for suspected shilling.
