Engine Machine Service does decent work and they're only about a mile from my house. I prefer Ollies in Santa Anna though. I just wish they weren't so far away.
Wayne raves over Competition Engineering but I've never used them. They're probably the priciest with Ollies next and Engine Machine Service being the least expensive but I think the quality of the work is probably reflected accordingly in each case.
