holiday greetings, we nor cal guys have had some $h!+ weather the last few weekends but according to the reports we may get a break from the weekend rains this coming. we have no mulholland drive, no jack-o, no so cal style, no snow,, but we have mines rd.

that said anybody up for a drive this weekend? im thinking saturday afternoon, forecast says afternoon sun. the more the the better and as always channel 7-11 on the motorolla walkie-talkies. meet in fremont at or near 11 am.

- SS brake lines, Motul fluid

- New shifter bushings

I sent out a post to a bunch of my Beemer buddies, so if we can't get enough P-cars together we can still have a group. I hope I haven't broken some unwritten P-car law by allowing those "other" German cars to join in.

attached is a video from the run yesterday. a great time had by all 6 cars. got to get out and dice with some wanna-be world rally guys in sooby wrx's. we let them by and dillied for a while before we set out. we caught them pretty fast even though they were hitting muddy puddles on the side of the road and broadcasting the water. by design i think too. it made for some slippage but the p-cars reeled em in like the bait fish they are.

the video was not mine, so sorry matt i can not make you a star this time.

matt, i am way too simple to load video onto a computer. the fact that you nearly followed me home to sunnyvale on 237 seems like we might be in the same area? im in sunnyvale and have already burnt my video to vhs and if you want to check it out let me know and you can barrow it any time. im me for a phone #.

the color on the C4S (the color name escapes me) is the best p-car color i have ever seen. the photos do not do it justice.

by the way that accident scene that we passed was a fatality. a bike crossed the center divider and found a suv grill. god speed.
