 Does anyone know who this guy is? Chuck Miller, me, and Magnus Walker were following him through the last stretch of canyon roads. He was driving a blue car with a ducktail, and he was seriously quick through those twisties.

I heard that the Focus rally car had a solid (locker) front diff, which along with the skinny rally tires, might help explain some interesting handling on pavement...
