Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to find info on the piston diameter of a few Porsche calipers. I already tried a search with no luck. Any help would be greatly appeciated. I'm sure this info would be useful for others in the futur too. I will post numbers I have already found. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Calling Bill Verburg, calling Bill Verburg! Question for you in the 911 Forum!
I don't know about the Boxsters but Bill has collected almost all pertinent facts about 911 brakes here on his PP web site. TT

Thanks for the info, I'm a little confused about the big size difference in pistons for the 993RS rear(36-30) and the 993TT rear (30-28). any ideas why the big difference? Any ideas about rear piston sizes for the 928 turbo?
Thanks, Will |

all wheel drive, different p/v and heavier rear engine as well as different ABS calibrations
There was no 928 turbo 928S4/GT/GTS used the same type of small axial mount 30/28 as the 964

Thanks for the info Bill. Can you tell me if the 993RS rear caliper is cosmetically simillar to the 993 turbo rear? I would like to match bias and cosmetics if possible and the RS rear should be just right for my application.
Thanks, Will |

Yes it is. Here is a pic
