Independents in Atlanta area

Anyone know of any good independent shops for P-cars in the atlanta area. (Service, Parts, questions)

I also am deciding on which direction to go for a targa top re-do

I understand that the majority of the wind noise is caused from the top and any leaks from the seal. Is this accurate - seems to be. My seals look pretty good but--------. I know a front replacement would require lots of trimming.

Anyone encountered this yet or just had someone else do it.

Skin is cracked - so it's time for new cloth inside and out.

What part of town do you live in?

My Porsche wrench (mechanic) is honest, experienced, and inexpensive.
His name is Lance Marthaler. He lives in Snellville at 770-736-0395.

I'm not sure he re-does Targa tops.

If you ever need top-notch leather interior work, see Leather Magic in Doraville/Chamblee. Ain't cheap but does a great job.

Jack Lewis Entprises in Norcross, Jack is a racer and is one of the most honest guys around, very good work! Others in town are also good so you probably will not go wrong with any of them. Just be sure they know p cars full time.

For the top, believe most have sent them out to targatops.com and another one out west, check in Excelence or do a search.

Reggie Cumming (ProFormance Place on S. Cobb Dr. in Marietta) is the mech I take my P-Car to. He's honest and does fantastic work!

I had my Targa re-skinned this past September by a place Reggie referred me to. Topp-It Kustoms. The price was very reasonable and they stand behind their work. They are just a few doors down from Reggie on S. Cobb Dr.
