Valve Cover Gaskets

I'm getting ready to order turbo valve covers & a gasket set. gaskets seem to come in 2 varieties- standard & beaded.
Which does the better job of sealing ?
My assumption(oh,oh) is that the bead forms/ provides an extra measure of sealing. Is this correct?
Anybody have experience in this area?

Beaded is better.

Doesn't the 80 model already have the turbo valve covers?

Beaded; make sure you get new nuts and washers as well.

Beaded for sure, I made the mistake last time. It's time to do engine drop number 9.

Don't use either - go for the all-silicone re-useable versions.

1000% OR 2000% agree with Andy. Why waste $$ when reusable ones seal perfectly!!!! I have them on my cars.

Where to buy? It doesn't appear that our host handles all silicone.

The silicone gaskets will be in our online catalog very soon. However, you can still buy them directly from Appbiz or even call your order into us.
