Fender clean up

Does anyone have any idea what I can used to clean the underside of my fenders? I am anticipating mounting some new rear flares on my 911S, but there is 26 years of road grime in there that I need to get out first so I can bond the underside too.

I sprayed simple green in there and then used a power washer, worked extremely well. Just don't let SG sit on exposed aluminum for too long since it will etch the metal.
Totally shocked to find out my inside fender wells are the same Guards Red as the rest of my car and not black.

Castrol Super Clean, a stiff brush and a garden hose. Let the detergent sit for a little while you spray down another fender. Come back, brush the stubborn spots, and hose the grime away.

A pressure washer works even better

Thanks. I will try it to see how it goes. I am interested in knowing the color that is under there.
