Thats just a vent hose. If thats the extent of the cracking it looks like it has a few years(at least) in it before changing is nessesary. Also its very helpful to get a proper answer when you post the info of the car (like the model year for starters). I think it's this one... the Breather Hose - Air Filter Housing to Oil Reservoir, 911 (1984-89); part #H-207-385-01 (#28).
