Needquickanswer: how set rear ride height?
I thought I knew how to set the rear ride height: You loosen the two 24mm nuts next to the tbar, put the 26mm thin wrench to the backside/eccentric, twist, and set.
But when I went to snug down the two, I could snug down the eccentric just fine, but the one nearest the tbar? It spins and spins. How do you tighten that nut/bolt combo? Do I need a special wrench to hold down the bolt on the backside of the springplate? A special thin 24mm wrench? Many thanks for your quick replies! I am in the garage right now. Also, should the eccentric be adjusted with all other bolts hooked and tightened? That is, should I have unbolted the shock, or sway bar, or? to make this easier? John

Yep, you need a special thin "ride height" wrench. I have one you can borrow if it can wait till Monday.

Eric:
Tanks mightily. I want to be sure here -- you are talking about not the eccentric (36mm), but the locking bolt, backside, that is 24mm (or 15/16" for that matter...)? Many thanks, John

The eccentric is the 36mm on the rear of the plate, the lock bolt/nut is 24mm.
After setting the ride heigth, tighten the 24mm bolt them tighten the 36mm or you will move the eccentric when you tighten it.

Yep, the wrench I have has both 36mm and 24mm for the locking bolt.

Okay, who can tell me how to ease the movement of the eccentric up, against the force of the tbar?
I had set the springplate to middle, but did not tighten things down tight enuf and found that both sides slipped. Now I want to move the plate back to center and am having a hard time doing this. Is there a trick, or some component I should unhook, to make this task easier? Many thanks guys. Hope you are enjoying a beer amd wings while the S-bowl is going on! John

remove the lower shock bolts if you have konis and adjust away.
If you hve Bilsteins, you need to measure the amount the car drops without the gas charge pushing the car up. Sorry I'm trying to watch the SB and do this at the same time.

Assuming the car is on jack stands, you can use your jack to raise the trailing arm to help get the eccentric in the desired position. You aren't fighting the force of the T-bar, but the force of the shock + gravity.

Oh, and you will definitely need the thin wrench to hold the clamping bolt, while you tighten it's nut. Otherwise, the eccentric will slip. Let me know if you need to borrow mine.
