A Taj-Kreuzer spending Christmas in SO-CAL
I'm going to be in Long Beach (& between San Diego - L.A.) until after Christmas.
I'm just putting out a feeler to see if there are any plans or anything going on between now and the first week in January. I'd love to get to see some of the guys & cars out there, not to mention the TRE shop and whatever/wherever else... Anybody want to get together for a brew ?? I don't know my schedule yet, but weekends will probably be "best"... I'll have to see when I get there.

Allright !!
I'm going to be staying out here in Seal Beach for a bit. NICE WEATHER !! Maybe I should mention that I just had to shovel about 5" of snow off of my front yard to dig a big hole & put in a new mailbox before heading this way !!! NO CHORES !!! (Too bad I'll have to be away from the kids on the BIG day though !!!) Hopefully some of the guys can have a get together between now and the 1st of the year !! Any New Year's eve parties ???

Crystal Cove, Sat. the 17th
Go to Crystal Cove this Saturday. Thirty minutes south of you, just take PCH down. Arrive by 0630 to park in the main lot, otherwise between 7-9 a.m. Do a search...
I know of several Early 911 members who will be there as well as the newest P-cars, F-cars, L-cars, etc.,

What time @ Willow Sprngs ? I have a feeling that might not work out. I have sim training from noontime until around 6:00 p.m.
I'd love to visit W.S though. Anything else there this month ? -- Crystal Cove sounds like it could work out... Thanks guys! Keep posting!

Hi fellas ! Had dinner last night at a restaurant down on the marina here in Seal Beach called McKenna's ! Outstanding steak & scallops but my bill was $50 for dinner & a coffee ! Jack, I'd love to check out W.S. while I'm here but don't think it's going to be today. -Unfortunately ! Let me know if there's a weekend get together out there. How far from the Long Beach area is W.S. ?

Allright, so the weekend wound up being more family related than Porsche related ... I did go fly around in my cousin's Bonanza yesterday,so that was a lot of fun.. (Torrance to French Valley to see friends then back.)
How was Crystal Canyon? Is there anything going on next weekend. There's a good chance I may head down toward San Diego. But I'm not committed to it.

What kind of MO would go to a place called McKenna's and drink coffee - unless it was after 10+ pints of Guinness? Richard you must check out BBII, I love that car! It is snowing here and I haven't had the 911 out in three weeks - note to self, move to SC. Cali guys, like Eric said whatch out for the "whatever". there are some lonely sheep in KY this holiday season!
