Is the search over? Ops on this car

I have been watching this car for a while now price was $14k now seems hes dropped down to $12k which seems good what do you guys think?
Mileage 91,000
Transmission Manual 2
Condition Excellent
Exterior Color White
Interior Color Burgundy
Features: A/C: Rear, Alloy Wheels, Bucket Seats, CD Player, Cruise Control, Fog Lights, Leather Interior, Power Windows, Premium Sound, Rear Window Defroster
Additional Selling Points: Always garaged, and just received a complete tune-up, that included misc oil seals. Tires like new, and in excellent running condition. Have clean Car Fax, and Used Car evaluation (I have all service records). Just lowered asking price by $1000.00, due to A/C compressor needing to be rebuilt. This car is ready to be driven to Canada, will not go any lower on price. Serious Inquiries only.
Pros its in my city

hmm.. an 83 with the correct motor? Looks to be a nice one but I'd get a PPI first, including a check for broken headstuds and a compression test/leakdown.

Looks sweet to me.
Having all service records is nice too, use these to your advantage and look them over and ask questions of service. If he loved his car he might never stop talking about why certain work was done on the car.

if it is clean, you must be seen (in the car).

Apologies to Johnnie Cochran.

Actually, no apologies...

It had a Chevy, we told him no,
His tastes have swayed him to and fro,
Cab conversions, body kits, his taste in cars can be the $hits,
But finally, our words sunk in,
Fender's true search could thus begin,
And finally, what's this I see,
Fender found a nice SC,
With a PPI it'll soon be over,
Fender bought a car, without being bent over.

The fact that this car isn't crap inspired me, PPI and buy!

What service has been done; clutch, tensioners, pop-off, oil leaks, any rust, valve adjustment, etc.

If you buy it, loose that turbo tail!!!!! - your opinion may vary
