Looking for Carrera factory manuals

I would like to get the factory manuals for the Carrera, but am not willing to pay $400 for new ones. I keep looking on eBay, but the only ones I see there are on microfiche. Any other places to check for used factory manuals? Are they available only on paper or microfiche?
And yes, I have Bentley, Wayne's 101 and Haynes, but there are many things they do not cover. Oddly, the Haynes wiring diagrams are better (=more accurate) than the ones in Bentley. I assume the factory manuals would have the most accurate wiring diagrams (?).
