Truthfully, while convenience to the track is nice, I'd stay anywhere in the area just to see this-may even go for the beach.

Is there any advantage, such as price or availability, to pre purchasing tickets(via internet) to the event? I would assume buying at the track should not be a problem.
Also any comments on Holiday Inn close to track??

I'll be there - family at the beach while I get my porsche fix - looking forward to meeting everybody - maybe we ought to do some sort of pelican name tag. I know it's a little gay - but I would sure hate to walk by someone like Jeff or Ed or grady and not at least know enough to shake your hand. I think Jack and Wayne are the only ones I could recognize from pictures.
