Some progress (was:no turning back now)
Its been a slow winter concerning Porsche projects...i started dismantling car near christmas...well, maybe month before that. Here are some pictures, may look terrible, but the paint is coming on in next 3 weeks or so. Colour will be some Mercedes silver, very coarse metallic.
 This was my first target, this area was mainly rust..or holes. Now it has been fixed (new steel).  Front hood had rust on the edges, now it has been welded -> Free of rust, some bondo.  Flares put on  Some progress...  This was today just before the painter did the last final touches to it. Now he is starting the other side.  New carpets, not ready yet, i need to sew the linings still.  New 964 lights installed, the center reflector still needs some final adjustments to be made.  The rims are Rial 16" that have been made to shine using lots of elbow grease and AutoSol. There is a picture of unfinished rim somewhere above. Well  There u have it, today some more work to be done...will go to sleep after midnight i think...dreaming of completed -72T in 964 disguise

Great job Zen
are you making a C2 clone of your T ? I,m doing the other way around would be easier for us just to swap cars  When you think the car will be finished ?Cheers, Ed |

The car will be finished...hmm..i will drive it, finished or not on 30th of April.
