Is there supposed to be a (concealed) sticker anywhere on a 911SC that lists the options on a particular vehicle? My Pcar is a 1980 911SC coupe with the full leather interior, standard seats, Bilstein shocks, front and rear anti-sway bars, power windows and sunroof, cruise control and AM/FM/Cassette Blaupuntk radio. It also has the 16" Fuches wheels (7" front, 8" rear) but those could have been added by a previous owner. The color is "Black Metallic" (verified by the paint code sticker). According to the serial number it is a USA vehicle and came equipped with a catalytic converter (sticker in door). I guess I am just curious about the original option list on this car.
As always, any and all replies will be appreciated. Thanks, Fred Cook '80 911SC coupe |

AFAIK, lacking the window sticker or original documentation, all you can do is contact PCNA to get that info. Ordering the Kardex will do it, but I have heard of people calling them to get the info.

Fred,
On your '80 I think you'll need to get the Kardex if you don't have any of the original documentation, as Tom noted. The factory didn't start adding the underhood option code stickers (with a copy in the warranty/owners manual) until mid-'83, I believe. Good luck, Tim |
