Does Leistritz still make???
A stainless muffler for the early 911? Just a plain ol' two in, one out? I did check here...Wayne doesn't offer Stainless, doesn't mention a brand when he says "OEM"...So, if Wayne doesn't sell 'em, who does?

Hey Paul,
Funny talkin to ya over here... Someone did a search for me not to long ago ... and it was still available ... for a monster price ... like about $1400 ... Just after Alfred H. left for China a couple of years ago, I talked to one one his buddies, and it seems they had about 5 NOS mufflers and 2 of them were stainless in their 'parts museum' ... they wanted about $800 back then. ... should-a jumped on it Cheers,

Hmmm...no wonder a mechanic I know (I think jokingly) offered his wife for my muffler..
Well, it's lasted 28 years...maybe it'll hang in until I die. I was thinking of looking for a spare...
