Alternator Gnd. Strap Location

FYI, they sell a long ground strap at Discount Auto parts. Works perfect.

I'm going to try NAPA today after work. Went into Kragen (another parts store down here) and they had no idea what an alternator ground strap was...

Thanks also for the car compliments. Its original paint, I use a waterless product to wash and wax it called dri wash n guard. If you want more info on the product send me a PM.

dont call it a alt ground strap! you will confuse those auto store guys. it is basically a woven strap of metal. i think mine was labeled a battery ground strap. looks like the factory one on the neg battery term, but lighter weight.
