Maybe he got tired of asking the same questions and getting the same answers all the time. Seems like the guy had it out for all of the funky, targa-like cabs and other monstrosities...

That guy was walking chaos. First, a 911 with a Chevy engine ("for a friend"), then the carfax fiasco, then the dispute with the PPI.

The PPI dispute was from him not being able to read paper work correctly.

I am sad to see this thead. I may not like his car much or even teh things he says, but to actually write a thread designed to target an individual and BASH him is wrong, and if I was him I would stand even taller knowing his critics will stoop to any level...

I don't think the thread started out with bad intentions. Hopefully Fenderguy finds himself a good car. At least he's been doing PPI's and has weeded out some bad ones.

Ed and Fenderguy have been shopping for a while. Ed wanted to know if his competition got hit by a bus or something. Nothing horrible was said, maybe even FG would admit there was a some truth in the comments. This thread definitely wasn't started as a bash and many of us are happy to see FG still out there. We all know this forum isn't for the thin skinned.

I don't mean any disrespect to Fenderguy. I home he finds the car of his dreams. I just mentioned that he has fallen into some crazy things in his search. He can be a little rough in some of his posts, but aren't we all. I'm sure some of that had to do with frustration.
Fenderguy: depending on where you find your vehicle, another great place to get a PPI done is from Ken Rosegay at Zuffenhausen in Scottsdale.
