Porsche Crest Brief Video on the Cayman -- I still Like it!

I came across the this German web site which has a brief autoshow piece on the Cayman. It still looks really cool -- especially in the blue! Now I just have to wait 20 years so that I can afford a used one!

There's a few more related to the latest Carrera S and others at the Auto Motor und Sport web site. I especially love all of the animations of the different subsystems of the Carrera S working.

I agree, that blue Cayman looks really cool. But 20 years (for me too) seems so very long.

I'll have to check it out... I figure, if I needed a car, I could afford a ~5 year old Boxster... so maybe, extrapolating, in about 6 years or so, I might be able to swing a used '06 Cayman!

Ilike the Caymam alot as well, I see it's going to be in PCA D stock. I think it will be unbeatable there.

re 5 vs. 6...

We won't have a tech. bubble to help drown the prices of the Cayman like we have with the Boxster. ANd it starts from a higher price point. But we can all dream about getting one. I am especially interested to see what our friend Alois does when he gets his hands on one...

is it just me or does the Cayman remind anyone of the 550 with the hard top first raced at Le Mans in 1953?
